IoTrust, a specialized Web3 wallet enterprise, announced on November 14 that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with VMIC (VM Intelligence & Control). Through this agreement, both companies plan to explore sustainable collaboration models for new blockchain initiatives.
The core focus of this partnership is integrating IoTrust's enterprise Web3 wallet service 'WEPIN' into VMIC's upcoming aviation financial services portfolio.
WEPIN wallet is an enterprise wallet solution that provides streamlined SDK and API integration, enabling companies with no prior blockchain development experience to integrate the wallet into their apps or websites within five minutes. WEPIN users can access simplified blockchain wallet services through social login and account abstraction features.
VMIC, a startup specializing in aircraft and aircraft engine technical management, provides various services to domestic and international airlines, financial institutions, and aircraft lessors. On April 30, in collaboration with an aviation consortium, VMIC was designated as an innovative financial service provider for issuing trust certificates, allowing domestic retail investors to invest in aviation assets.
An IoTrust representative stated, "By incorporating WEPIN wallet into VMIC's aviation finance business, we aim to create new use cases for Web3 technology. We plan to continue expanding blockchain technology applications across various industries."
The partnership will focus on developing diverse business models utilizing blockchain technology, including Security Token Offerings (STOs), and support VMIC's global expansion through Web3 initiatives.
