Web3 wallet solutions company IoTrust Co., Ltd. has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with LOCO Co., Ltd., a character animation IP company, to develop an ecosystem for a character fandom platform.
Through this partnership, the two companies plan to integrate IoTrust's Wepin Wallet into LOCO's character fandom platform. LOCO is currently preparing a Web3-based platform designed to enhance character fandom using blockchain technology. The platform aims to provide fans with various character-related NFTs and digital goods leveraging LOCO's diverse character IP portfolio.
The Wepin Wallet is an enterprise Web3 wallet solution that can be easily adopted by businesses without prior blockchain development experience. With its SDK and API, the wallet can be seamlessly integrated into apps or websites within just five minutes.
LOCO owns a wide array of intellectual properties, including the country’s first 3D musical TV animation series, "Princess Pring in the Birthday Kingdom", which boasts over one million social media followers. Other IPs include "Snowcat", "Kista", and "WeDream", which LOCO has successfully expanded into character merchandise, performances, exhibitions, and themed spaces like cafes—establishing a total value chain for character-based businesses.
