IoTrust, the operator of Web3 wallet service 'WEPIN', announced on the 12th that it has signed a strategic partnership with Ava Labs, the developer of Layer 1 blockchain Avalanche.
WEPIN is an enterprise Web3 wallet solution that allows companies without blockchain development experience to integrate wallets into their apps or websites within 5 minutes. It features simple SDK and API provisions to facilitate companies' adoption of blockchain services.
Through this MOU, both companies plan to strengthen cooperation by sharing various resources including technology, personnel, and data. Ava Labs will provide technical and marketing support to WEPIN, while WEPIN will support smooth onboarding of Avalanche network ecosystem projects to its platform and accelerate network effects.
Avalanche is a smart contract platform based on open source that has built a mainnet enabling faster speed and transaction finality by solving Ethereum's scalability issues. Notably, it supports 'Avalanche L1', which allows building customized blockchains according to development purposes on the Avalanche network, and 'AvaCloud', a subscription-based blockchain management service that requires no coding.
An IoTrust representative stated, "We are pleased to be able to provide users with a better Web3 experience by combining Avalanche's excellent scalability with WEPIN wallet's convenience," adding that "through close cooperation between the two companies, we will be able to contribute to the expansion of the Avalanche ecosystem and the advancement of blockchain technology."
